Lymphatic body massager made of beech wood, in a curved shape to reach all the necessary areas of your body.
Make effective lymphatic drainage at home, quickly and easily. A few minutes of massage a day will help to naturally detoxify the body, reduce puffiness, make the body look more sculpted and the skin toned and smooth. This type of massage helps circulate fluids and toxins to the lymph nodes where they are naturally eliminated, so you will retain less water, reduce tension and feel refreshed.
Practice this ritual to help increase circulation, release toxins and achieve a visibly more toned and sculpted body contour.
How to use:
Hydrate and oil the skin with one of our body oils, this will help the tool glide on easier and prevent any chafing.
Start from the ankle up to the inner thigh with light pressure and the same movement from the ankle to the outer thigh. Massage the front of the leg, starting with upward movements from the knee to the intimate area. Scrub the back of the legs, from ankle to calf, following the back of the thigh to the gluteal crease. Move to the arms, from the inside of the wrist to the elbow and up to the armpit, with light pressure and smooth movements. The next area is delicate , gently crawl from the lymph behind the ears along the neck to the collarbone. Finish with a massage in the abdominal area with movements from the waist down to the lymph nodes in the sacrum, and from the navel down to the private part. Repeat all movements 6-7 times, concentrating on areas where needed. Use the curves of the tool as your body wishes and needs. We recommend doing a drainage massage 3 to 5 times a week in the evening.
Be careful not to abrade the skin, do not use in the presence of varicose veins or wounds on the body. If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor. Keep away from children.
I recommend in combination with our dry body brush for optimal results.
