Revitalize your skin and tone your body with our body brush.
Dry brushing helps to strengthen the skin's essential functions and contributes to a firmer looking, well-toned body and skin. The brush is designed to exfoliate dead skin cells, improve circulation and stimulate the lymphatic system through massage, helping to reduce the appearance of cellulite and promote healthier, glowing skin that feels silky soft.
We recommend dry brushing 2-3 times a week.
Start with slow, circular movements from the feet up the body to the intimate area, repeat these movements from the back of the leg, starting from the bottom up. Move to the arms, starting from the wrist to the shoulder and from the inside of the arm to the armpit. Massage the torso and back in a circular motion, reducing the pressure on the abdominal area and chest.
After dry brushing, we recommend taking a shower to wash away dead skin cells and then applying one of our body oils to hydrate and nourish.
Do not use the dry brush on moles, warts, wounds and infections, as well as after sunburn. Consult your dermatologist if you have any questions. Stop dry brushing if skin becomes irritated or inflamed.
I recommend in combination with our body body massager for optimal results.
